Pet service businesses that want their own booking platform are usually stuck choosing between generic scheduling software or building one from scratch. PawSpaceHQ is a white-labelled alternative: a multi-tenant marketplace platform any pet services business can run under its own brand and subdomain.
The problem
A pet services business — dog walking, sitting, boarding, training — running bookings through phone calls and a paper calendar hits a ceiling fast. Service providers need their own schedule, their own service radius, their own pricing. Customers need to trust the person coming into their home with detailed pet information, not a phone call describing "a friendly labrador."
Every business that wants this ends up rebuilding the same thing: provider onboarding and vetting, a service catalogue with pricing tiers, proximity-based search, booking and cancellation rules, and a way to actually pay providers out. Building it once for one business does not solve it for the next.
What we built
PawSpaceHQ is a multi-tenant SaaS platform: each business gets its own branded subdomain, its own pricing and commission configuration, and its own service catalogue, while running on shared infrastructure. Service providers can be enrolled across multiple tenants at once, each enrolment independent — separate approval status, pricing, and earnings per business.
On the customer side, pet profiles carry the detail that actually matters for a booking — vaccination status, medical conditions, behaviour notes, feeding regime — collected once and reused across every booking. Provider search filters by service, date availability, and proximity, with a required meet-and-greet step before a first booking with a new provider.
Payments run through Stripe with a wallet on both sides: customers top up and pay from a wallet, providers accrue earnings and withdraw once they clear a configurable minimum. Each tenant sets its own commission rate, tax rate, and cancellation policy — enforced automatically, not reconciled by hand.
